Sealine Yachts for Sale

Sealine Yachts For Sale | Luke Brown Yachts

Sealine was founded in 1972 by aircraft engineer Tom Murrant. The first Sealine boats were displayed to the public in 1978 a t the Southampton Boat Show.

Sealine boats stood out from the crowd almost from the start by offering colored
gelcoats where most other boatbuilders were churning out white or brown hulls.
By the 1990s, Sealine had grown to become one of England’s big-four builders
along with Princess Yachts, Fairline Yachts, and Sunseeker Yachts.

By 2002, with an international sales and dealer network, Sealine was producing 300
luxury yachts a year, mostly for export.

Sealine withdrew from the US market in 2001 when the company was bought by giant US firm Brunswick to avoid competition with the new owner's U.S. brands.

A division of Brunswick for more than 10 years, Sealine was sold to the UK-based
Oxford Investment Group in August, 2011.

Sealine re-entered the U.S. market in 2012 with a sales office in Ft. Lauderdale.
