The MJ Team at Luke Brown Yachts (new broker’s Mike and Joy Laufle) was honored to sponsor a fishing tournament at Ocean Reef Club to support charities that benefit Navy Seals and their families. These charities include the Trident House Program, Family Support Program, the K9 Project, and the Scholarship Program. Team Luke Brown fished aboard the Reef Reelief. They caught lots of yellowtail, lane snapper, porgies, and broker Ron McTighe even caught a note-worthy houndfish.
The team attended an amazing demonstration that included SEALS jumping out of helicopters, armoured vehicles crushing a golf cart, K9 maneuvers, and a moving tribute to Vietnam veterans. Topping off the other events was a lovely luau on the beach, where our team enjoyed catching up with lots of Ocean Reef friends after the isolation of COVID.
